Ordering and Delivery
Processing time
95% of our orders leave production within
24-48 hours after the order has been placed and paid. For about
5%, we need a little longer. In order to process your order, the
following conditions must be met: - We have received your payment
(through advance payment) or you have provided us with complete
and valid payment information (by credit card payment) - Product
is in stock - Delivery address is complete and correct. We deliver
through DHL.
Cancellation or changes to your
order
After you've placed your order, you will
receive a confirmation email. If you wish to change or cancel your
order simply reply to that email or contact
Customer Service. Please make
sure to include your order ID number in all correspondences (this
number is in your confirmation email). IMPORTANT: Please inform us
immediately of any modification or cancellation; since we have
very short processing time, chances may be that your order has
already been sent.
Technical problems with your
order
Ordering with us is problem-free with most
browsers (e.g. Netscape Navigator, Internet Explorer, Opera). If
you do have technical problems, please let us know as soon as
possible with details including the browser you use. Please use

Service team will work on solving your problem and will be in
contact with you to let you place your order as quickly as
possible.
Order confirmation not received
After sending your order, you will receive a
confirmation email. This confirmation is sent within minutes of
our receiving your order. If you do not receive this confirmation,
it is most likely due either to a technical problem or an error in
your email address (e.g. typo). In this case, please
contact us immediately with the
approximate time of the order and the shop name or URL.
