With X Factor in full swing and Simon Cowell in full annoyance mode, trumpeting his latest karaoke act so he can get Christmas number one and make a bucketload of money from his own bland version of music, someone has come up with a better idea.
This year you have the chance to wipe the smug smile off Simon Cowell’s irritating face by stopping him get one of his puppets to number one. Instead it will be Rage Against The Machine Santa will be humming along to! Yes that’s right, if enough people buy the track ‘Killing In The Name’ it can be done, at the time of writing over 500k people have signed up to the Facebook group so it is definitely on!

In the Spring of 1939 war against Germany was almost inevitable. The British Government’s Ministry of Information commissioned some lovely propaganda posters to celebrate the onset of hostilities with Germany.
Three designs were made, the first; ‘Your Courage, Your Cheerfulness, Your Resolution will Bring us Victory’
The second; ‘Freedom is in Peril’
The final ‘Keep Calm Carry on’ poster was never used, being held in reserve for the expected invasion. Only recently has it come to light after a copy turned up in a box of old books bought by Barter Books in Alnwick.
Since then it has found it’s way onto office walls all over the country, so we thought it was our duty to Queen and country to jump on the bandwagon and make a Keep Calm Carry On T shirt, but also take the piss as well.
For a more up to date version in keeping with the current Government’s key message check out our ‘Do not question Authority’ T shirt.

Or on a lighter note our ‘Just Fucking Chill Out’ T shirt.

Israel’s military said on Wednesday it had banned soldiers from making and wearing t-shirts encouraging violence against Palestinians.

Israeli Diplomacy
One of the t-shirts has a rifle sight aimed at a pregnant Palestinian with the slogan “1 shot, 2 kills,” according to a report last month in the Haaretz newspaper.
A military spokesman said they were “simply tasteless” — well duh. I’m sure the Palestinian terrorists will find this highly amusing and decide to stop firing rockets. You have to hand it to Israel, they are good at inflaming a bad situation, continually.
We often bang on about T shirts being a voice for people and how they shouldn’t be censored, so I guess if we stick with that we have to say they should be allowed them. Just have to question the attitude of Israeli solders if this is how they think, no wonder things are so bad over there.

I posted a while ago about a dude who got told he couldn’t fly on his BA flight because his T shirt had a gun on it. (click that link if you don’t belive me!).
Well he wasn’t the only one to have problems with the dangerous mix of T shirts and aeroplanes. JetBlue Airways and two TSA screeners will pay $240,000 to settle an Iraqi man’s claim he was denied access to a flight until he covered a T-shirt that read in English and Arabic, “We Will Not be Silent.”
Stupidity cost $240,000 nowadays! Of course jetBlue said “JetBlue continues to deny, outright, every critical aspect of Mr. Jarrar’s version of events.” Hmm so they thought they would just give him $240,000 for the hell of it.

To celebrate Britain moving into to a new era of total surveillance we have created a T shirt for the occasion
The Britain 2.0 T shirt captures the ugly, miserable spirit of the new Britain. Everything must be recorded, your movements, your emails, your opinions, your purchases, your internet history.
Don’t worry you will be happy in the new Britain so long as you think the right things and act the proper way.

Brad Jayakody, 30 is not a happy man. He was moderately happy when he turned up at Heathrow to board a plane to Dusseldorf, Germany, with four work colleagues.
That was until officials stopped him saying “you cannot get on the plane because there is a gun on your T-shirt.” His top showed the Transformers film character Optimus Prime holding a gun.
Mr Jayakody, was then threatened with arrest after he asked to see the security chief. (presumably so he could take over the security at the airport in preparation for his attack).

"I'm going to kill you all"
Jayakody said: “It’s a cartoon robot with a gun as an arm. What was I going to do, use the shirt to pretend I have a gun?
“I was flabbergasted. I thought the supervisor would come over and see sense, but he didn’t. After I changed he said if I changed back I would be arrested.”
A spokesman for Heathrow operator BAA said: ” durrr, where are my Smarties?”
In 2006 a human rights activist was prevented from boarding a plane in New York, for while wearing a T-shirt that read, “We will not be silent,” in English and Arabic.
